Authority compounds. But only if the site stays alive.
Tampa websites that earn their place.
A launched site is not a finished site. Pages go stale, the stack needs updating, and a cluster that stops growing slowly stops ranking. The care plan keeps managed hosting, security, monitoring, and a monthly trickle of new content running — so the site you launched in week two keeps getting stronger instead of quietly decaying.
- Managed hosting included
- Monthly content, not just patches
- Plain-English report — no jargon dashboard
- No lock-in · you still own everything
Care plan · 2026
What’s covered
Four jobs. Done every month, whether or not you remember to ask.
Managed hosting & uptime
Always on- Fast, managed WordPress hosting tuned for the theme — no shared-host slowdowns dragging your Lighthouse score back down.
- Uptime monitoring with alerts. If it goes down at 2am, we know before you do.
- Daily backups, off-site, restorable in minutes.
Security & updates
Continuous- WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates — applied and checked, not auto-applied and hoped.
- Hardening, malware scanning, and a clean-up commitment if something ever gets through.
- SSL, security headers, and the boring stuff that only matters when it’s missing.
Monthly content cadence
Every month- New pages or refreshed ones every month — supporting-cluster pages, seasonal updates, answers to questions your buyers started asking. The cluster keeps expanding.
- Internal links updated as the site grows, so new pages don’t land as orphans.
- Volume scales with the tier — a few pages a month at the entry level, more as you go up.
A report you’ll actually read
Monthly- One short email a month: what we did, what moved (rankings, traffic, the pages worth caring about), what we’d do next.
- No 30-tab analytics dashboard you’ll never open. Plain English, the numbers that matter.
- Small change requests — copy tweaks, a new team member, a price update — folded in, not billed by the hour.
Tiers · No hidden number
Three levels. Pick the one that matches how fast you want to grow.
Maintain
For the business that wants the lights on and the doors locked, and will handle content themselves. Hosting, security, backups, monitoring, small fixes.
- Managed hosting · daily backups
- Core/theme/plugin updates
- Security hardening & monitoring
- Small change requests included
- Monthly status email
Grow
For the business that wants the cluster to keep getting bigger without hiring for it. Everything in Maintain, plus a steady monthly content cadence and the internal-link upkeep that goes with it.
- Everything in Maintain
- ~3–5 new/refreshed pages per month
- Internal-link maintenance
- Quarterly content-plan review
- Monthly results report (rankings + traffic)
Expand
For the business pushing into new metros or service lines. Everything in Grow at higher volume, plus programmatic page rollouts and a strategist on a monthly call.
- Everything in Grow, higher volume
- Programmatic metro/service rollouts
- Monthly strategy call
- Conversion experiments on key pages
- Priority turnaround on requests
- No long-term contract — month to month, cancel any time, take your site with you
- You still own the site and the theme outright — the care plan is a service, not a hostage situation
- The people doing the work are the people who built it — no handoff to a maintenance desk
- Already have a site we didn’t build? We’ll audit it, get it onto the stack, and take it from there
Before you start
Fair questions.
Do I have to be on a care plan after a build?
No. You own the site outright at launch — host it yourself, with your current IT person, or with anyone you like. The care plan exists because most established businesses don’t have someone in-house to keep a content cluster growing and a stack patched, and authority decays without it. If you do have that person, you don’t need us for this.
Will you take on a site you didn’t build?
Yes — if it’s WordPress and in reasonable shape. We start with a short audit (sometimes that’s the $500 SEO audit, sometimes lighter), migrate it onto our managed stack, and go from there. If it’s built on something we can’t responsibly maintain, we’ll tell you — and probably suggest a rebuild instead.
What counts as a “small change request”?
Copy edits, swapping a photo, adding a team member, updating a price or a service description, fixing a typo, tweaking a CTA — the things you’d otherwise email a developer about and wait a week for. Bigger work (a new section type, a new page template, a redesign) gets quoted separately, but the day-to-day stuff is just covered.
Can I move up or down tiers?
Any time, no penalty. Start on Maintain and move to Grow when you want the content engine running; drop back down if your priorities change. Month to month means month to month.
What if I want to leave?
You give notice, we hand over a full export — site, theme, content, the lot — and help your next host or developer get set up. No exit fee, no held-back files, no “you’ll need us forever” architecture. We’d rather you stay because it’s working than because you’re stuck.
Month to month · No lock-in
Keep the authority compounding.
Tell us your site, who built it, and whether you want the lights kept on or the cluster kept growing. We’ll send back which tier fits and what’s covered. No call required, no follow-up sequence.
