Nineteen verticals. One playbook, calibrated to each.

Authority sites and conversion-first rebuilds for established service businesses — tuned to the searches, the buyer questions, and the substance each vertical actually demands. Every vertical below has a dedicated page. Three of them have a named, anonymised Tampa case study; the rest run the same disciplined build, and each page names its closest published analogue rather than pretending to a proof point that isn’t on the record yet. We say which is which.

The verticals

Roofing

From $3,000 · 14-day build · seasonal-intent layer

Residential and commercial roofers whose pipeline rises and falls with storm seasons and insurance cycles. The cluster handles the seasonal-intent layer so you don’t lose Q1 to thin pages.

Plumbing

From $3,000 · 14-day build · emergency-intent priority

Residential plumbing operators where “burst pipe” beats “annual inspection” for traffic 8:1. The cluster front-loads emergency queries while still capturing maintenance and renovation searches.

Consumer & community

Restaurants

From $3,000 · 14-day build · wins the searches the apps don’t

Independent restaurants and small local groups. The cluster captures catering, private events, “[cuisine] in [neighbourhood]”, occasion and dietary intent — plus owns the brand SERP and the site the aggregators don’t give you.

Retail & Consumer

From $3,000 · 14-day build · WooCommerce in scope

Independent retailers and small consumer brands. Built to win where marketplaces are weak — local intent, specialty expertise, buying guides, brand SERP — not commodity SKUs. Catalog, checkout, Stripe/Square included.

Mission & community · Closest analogue: Harbor Law

Non-Profit

From $3,000 · 14-day build · you own it outright, no retainer trap

Non-profits and mission orgs. The “conversion” is a donation, a volunteer signup, a program inquiry — not a sale. Cluster shape: program × who-you-serve × audience-intent (donate / volunteer / get help / learn / partner), plus an impact-and-transparency layer.

On naming the proof

Three have a named case. The other sixteen don’t pretend to.

Most agency “industries we serve” pages list every vertical the agency ever shipped a brochure for, each one implied to be a triumph. Ours doesn’t work that way. Three verticals — HVAC (Bayshore), attorneys (Harbor Law), IT/MSP (Cypress MSP) — have a named, anonymised Tampa case study on the work page, with a real client, a real outcome, and a real description of the cluster shape we’d build next. The work page also carries three more cases that clients approved for public use by name — water filtration · South Africa, business acquisition · USA, web design · Tampa.

The other sixteen verticals share the same disciplined build — pillars, supporting pages, FAQ depth, schema, speed, accessibility — and we list each with its closest published analogue rather than borrowing someone else’s numbers and calling them yours. When a vertical clears a public case of its own, that page gets upgraded. Until then, every claim on it is one we can stand behind.

What every vertical gets

Same discipline. Calibrated to the substance you bring.

  1. 01

14-day build — the same fourteen days whether you’re a home-services operator, a clinic, a B2B specialist, or a non-profit. Only the keyword data and the editorial bar change.

  2. 02

Vertical-specific cluster shape — service × neighbourhood × intent for home services; procedure × insurance × location for healthcare; solution × industry × buyer-stage for B2B; program × audience × intent for non-profits. We pick what fits.

  3. 03

Senior-led editing — every pillar page is written and edited by a senior strategist. In regulated verticals — healthcare, dental, medspas, legal, financial-adjacent — content stays general, educational, and claims-careful, with the right “see your provider / your insurer” framing. The buyer can tell. So can Google.

  4. 04

Schema, speed, accessibility — the right schema.org types for the vertical (LocalBusiness, MedicalBusiness, LegalService, RealEstateAgent, Restaurant, Store, NGO…), plus Service, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList. Lighthouse 95+ on every template. WCAG 2.1 AA. Non-negotiable.
