§ 01 · Berth · The library · 60+ guides · 2024–2026
Everything we’ve published
about why this works.
Five clusters. Roughly sixty guides. One thesis: topical depth, not custom design, is what ranks a service business. The library below is the long-form case for that thesis — and the practical playbook for putting it on your own site.
No paywalls · No email gates · No download form
Audit is the fastest way to know which of the guides below actually apply to your site.
§ 02 · Position · The thesis under the library
Most agencies blog to fill a content calendar.
We publish to prove our own thesis.
The library you’re reading is the same playbook we ship for clients — written out long-form so a skeptical buyer can audit it before signing anything. Every guide answers a specific question we get on sales calls. Every cluster maps to a service we sell. None of it is generic SEO advice you’ve read on twenty other agency blogs.
The framework is Authority → Knowledge → Answer. The five hubs below each follow it: a top-of-funnel pillar that argues the thesis, twelve mid-funnel knowledge pages that explain how the mechanics work, and answer-shaped pages that target the specific long-tail questions Google sees in the SERP. It’s the same shape we build for clients. Walking the talk is the only way the thesis stays honest.
§ 03 · Manifest · The five clusters
The library, cluster by cluster.
Each cluster has a pillar guide (the long-form thesis), twelve knowledge pages, and answer-shaped sub-pages targeting specific search queries. Total: ~60 individual guides, ~30,000 words, all written by a senior team and verified against live Google results before publishing.
Cluster 01 · Authority
Topical Authority
The thesis hub. Why depth, not design, is what out-ranks the competition for a service business — and how many pages it actually takes.
Cluster 02 · Local visibility
Local SEO
How the map pack actually works — and the eight or nine moves that determine whether a service business gets into it.
Cluster 03 · Scale
Programmatic SEO
Pages at scale, the right way. How to publish hundreds of pages without crossing into doorway territory — and the guardrails every page must clear.
Cluster 04 · Conversion
Web Design for Leads
Why most agency websites don’t convert — and the senior-diagnosis approach to fixing them without losing the rankings you already have.
Cluster 05 · AI & the helpful-content era
AI Content & SEO
What Google actually said in the helpful-content updates, what it didn’t say, and how to use AI-accelerated production without losing E-E-A-T.
§ 04 · Log · The AKA framework
A mental model for reading the library.
Every cluster is built on three layers — the same AKA framework we ship for clients. Knowing which layer you’re reading tells you what kind of decision the page is meant to help you make.
-
A · Authority
The pillar guide — the thesis
Each cluster opens with one ~4,000-word pillar that argues the thesis. Read these if you want to understand why a thing works (or doesn’t) at the conceptual level — before you go looking at the tactical pages.
-
K · Knowledge
The mechanics — how it actually works
Six to eight pages per cluster covering the moving parts: GBP settings, internal linking, indexation behaviour, template structure, etc. Read these if you have the thesis and want the playbook.
-
A · Answer
The questions — direct answers to specific search queries
“How many reviews do I need?” “Will Google index 500 pages?” “Does mobile design matter?” — direct, short answers to the questions service-business owners actually ask. Read these when you have a specific question and want a specific answer.
§ 05 · Haul · What this library is doing in numbers
Walking the talk — the receipts.
The library above is also the proof-of-concept for everything we sell. Numbers from this site, current as of mid-2026:

§ 06 · Boarding · If the library answered the question
The fastest way to apply this to your site
is to let us look at it.
The library tells you what should be true. A $500 senior audit tells you what currently is true on your specific site — which cluster theses apply, which guardrails you’re hitting, and which fixes would move the needle this quarter.
